Information Security Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
At Otonomlab, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the customer and business data processed within the automation systems we build is a top priority. This policy summarizes our core approach to data security.
1. Access Control
Access to customer data and automation infrastructure is limited to the team members who need it for their work and is controlled through role-based permissions.
2. Data Encryption
Data transferred through the infrastructure providers we use (e.g. n8n, Supabase) is protected with industry-standard transport encryption (TLS).
3. Human-in-the-Loop Processes
Critical decisions and sensitive operations in our automation flows are always designed to include a human approval step; no fully unsupervised automated action is taken.
4. Monitoring and Logging
The systems we build include error logging and monitoring; when anomalies are detected, we respond quickly together with the relevant team.
5. Vendor Assessment
Third-party tools and platforms we integrate with are selected based on an assessment of their security and privacy practices.
6. Contact
