Otonomlab (“Otonomlab”, “we”) acts as the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for the personal data described below.
1. Personal Data We Process
Through our contact form, intro-call request, or newsletter signup, we may process identity and contact data such as your full name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We may also process technical data such as your IP address, browser information, and data collected through cookies.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your request and running the intro-call process
- Informing you about our automation services
- Sending newsletter content you've subscribed to
- Meeting our legal obligations and improving our service quality
3. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5, based on your explicit consent or the establishment/performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests.
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared with infrastructure providers we use to deliver our service, such as n8n, Supabase, and email/automation tooling, only to the extent necessary and in compliance with KVKK. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it's used accordingly, know the third parties it's transferred to, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction, and object to processing.
